Weight Loss Update

I haven’t been as strict as I would have liked to be… slacking on the exercise and healthy food choices. Although, I did manage to lose 3lbs in the last week. So thats not bad at all.

Starting Weight: 218.9lbs

Current Weight: 179.8lbs

Weight Lost since January 1st till May 13th: 39.1 lbs

I only need to lose another pound to reach FORTY pounds of loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
