Of course the second picture I am flexing so it obviously is going to look diffrent!
But I sure do see a difference. My weigh in today put me at 206.4. That is down from 219 when I weighed in on January 1st. This puts my January weight loss as of January 30th at 12.6 lbs. I have also lowered my by BMI from 29 % body fat to 26.49%. I am shooting for 20lbs more lost by Mid-March. I also hope to have a BMI of 22%!
Updating about it keeps me motivated and gives me goals to work towards.
